How to use Jade Roller:
1. Apply your serum or face oil (ELYO Peptide Serum or Vitamin C Serum is recommended).
2. Roll the large end from the center of your face outwards (cheekbones towards ears, forehead upwards, neck downwards towards collarbones).
3. Use the smaller end around your eyes with light pressure.
4. Massage for 5–10 minutes, always outwards and upwards.

How to use Gua Sha:
1. Apply face oil for smooth glide.
2. Hold the tool at a 15° angle against the skin.
3. Scrape slowly from the center of your face towards the hairline and downwards towards the neck.
4. Focus 3–5 strokes per zone.
5. Use 3–5 times per week for best results.

Pro Tip — Temperature variation for different results:
Morning: Chill the tools in the refrigerator for 10 minutes before use for instant depuffing.
